Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Basic Electrical Tasks: Perform fundamental wiring tasks including stripping wire, mounting junction boxes, and terminating conduit.
- Material Preparation: Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure tools are properly stored and maintained.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and team members during night operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: Open to applicants with zero experience; we value attitude and work ethic over past history.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor in various conditions.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and basic calculations.
