Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with daily installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for job sites to ensure efficient workflow.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and installing fixtures.
- Respond promptly to job site requests and assist with material inventory management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required for job site travel).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- No criminal background hindering the ability to obtain necessary certifications.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
