Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely (training provided)
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols on all job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ pounds and working in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-sponsored)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including early starts and occasional weekends
