Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work sites by organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Run, identify, and terminate various types of electrical wire and conduit.
- Perform basic measurements, cutouts, and calculations for electrical projects.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform daily site clean-up duties.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required – just a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented work ethic.
