Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Handle materials loading/unloading, organization, and inventory management
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Follow blueprints and project specifications for accurate execution
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians)
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Prior construction experience preferred but not required
