Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and terminating outlets.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as directed.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or certification is required; we are looking for raw potential.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Must be available for full-time work and overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
