Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues before they become costly problems.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding project timelines and specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and NEC codes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
