Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, installing lighting fixtures, and terminating conduits.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical diagrams under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites as directed by the supervisor.
- Learn and demonstrate proper use of electrical testing equipment (multimeters, voltage detectors).
Qualifications
- No experience required: We welcome candidates with zero prior experience who are eager to learn and grow.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and wire gauges.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
