Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical projects accurately.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and OSHA safety regulations to ensure a zero-incident workplace.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Testing: Use advanced testing equipment to verify the integrity of electrical circuits and systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the state of Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Tools: Own and maintain a fully stocked personal tool belt.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driver's License: Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
