Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand wiring layouts.
- Perform routine safety checks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Install and connect wires, cables, and conduits according to local electrical codes.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools and materials.
- Document work completed and report any safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environments (climbing ladders, tight spaces).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check.
