Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency.
- Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and multimeters, in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain necessary state certifications and licenses upon completion of the apprenticeship program.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and ability to follow written instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety standards.
