Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify root causes of failures efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining technical issues to clients in plain language.
- Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with smart home integration and energy-efficient systems is a plus.
