Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Perform basic electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced electricians.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by laying out tools and materials, ensuring safety protocols are met.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in the testing of electrical circuits and systems to ensure functionality.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: None required. We value attitude and aptitude over previous experience.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Florida Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of math and mechanics is a plus but not mandatory.
