Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and replacing light fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain required journeyman licensure upon completion of apprenticeship program.
