Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on electrical equipment and wiring to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Help with pulling wire, mounting outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Respond to weekend emergency calls and maintenance requests as assigned.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with no prior electrical experience who are eager to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
