Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform routine site preparation, including drilling, cutting, and pulling wire.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Help troubleshoot minor electrical issues under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over past history.
