Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Use hand and power tools correctly and safely to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Document work orders and material usage accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience is required; we are looking for motivated candidates ready to learn.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for site travel).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
