Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform basic tasks such as stripping wire, terminating connections, and mounting electrical boxes and fixtures.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required – we provide the training.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading measurements.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications and licenses.
