Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and job sites.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and mounting outlets.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to OSHA safety regulations.
- Help with project documentation and basic inventory management.
- Travel to various job sites within the Ohio region as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude towards safety.
- No criminal background that prohibits working in construction.
