Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including stripping wire, bending conduit, installing outlets, and mounting fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites efficiently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use measuring tools accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
