Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and operating hand/power tools
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing operations
