Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and tools.
- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and assist in diagnosing electrical issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and work as part of a team.
- No prior electrical experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
