Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced team members with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read Blueprints: Learn to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to understand wiring layouts.
- Conduct Safety Checks: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Install Equipment: Help mount electrical boxes, wiring, and fixtures, ensuring all connections are secure and up to code.
- Perform Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic electrical faults and malfunctions under supervision.
- Maintain Tools: Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome candidates with zero prior experience who are willing to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of measurements and math is a plus.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
