Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate project execution.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including connecting wires to circuit breakers, outlets, and switches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and project efficiency.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools correctly and safely.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Basic math skills and a keen attention to detail.
