Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and tradespeople on diverse construction tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to ensure optimal productivity
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications meticulously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and heights
