Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and job sites.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required; the right attitude is more important than experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Oklahoma City headquarters.
