What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, outlet and switch installations, and lighting setup.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams under supervision.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks on equipment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for the team.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
- Willingness to Learn: A strong drive to master the electrical trade is essential.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
