Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing of electrical circuits under supervision.
- Handle tools and equipment with care, reporting any maintenance needs immediately.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies from company vehicles.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
