Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Perform basic site preparation, including clearing work areas and removing debris.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Help with basic troubleshooting and circuit testing under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and climb ladders.
- Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
