Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on active job sites.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—just a strong desire to learn and a good work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to obtain required certifications during employment.
