Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform basic troubleshooting on electrical systems under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Prepare and organize tools and materials for daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for travel between job sites).
