Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced professionals with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- System Installation: Help install and maintain electrical wiring, conduits, panels, and fixtures according to blueprints.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and local building codes to ensure a safe work environment.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, managing tools and materials efficiently.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally to answer questions and explain work being performed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- License: Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record is essential.
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, work hard, and a commitment to safety are the top priorities.
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
