Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from company vehicles.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding job progress and safety issues.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
