Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, conduit bending, and terminal connection under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and job sites.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify electrical faults and assist in repairs.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be physically capable of standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to obtain required certifications and licenses during employment.
