Job Overview
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and physically capable of working in various environments. This role involves assisting with residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate outlets, switches, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as needed.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
