Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, outlet installation, and lighting setup.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools correctly to assist in daily job tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or license is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights (if applicable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
