Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on electrical tools and machinery.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment under supervision to perform basic electrical tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior electrical experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
