Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan efficient installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and wiring.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with construction crews, project managers, and other trades.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to strict safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial wiring.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand complex technical blueprints and diagrams.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for job site travel.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
