Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain piping systems, water heaters, and drainage fixtures in strict compliance with local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan efficient installation routes.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication of repair processes and costs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
