Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and clients
- Maintain detailed work documentation and safety records
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure team safety standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid North Carolina Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and valid NC driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various conditions
