Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70 (NEC) and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
- Manage inventory and material ordering for assigned projects
- Document work completion with detailed reports and safety checklists
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation/repair experience
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
