Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes (NEC)
- Mentor junior electricians and provide on-site supervision when required
- Prepare detailed reports for project documentation and client communications
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial applications
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification and NFPA 70E training
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
