Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and Oregon state codes
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for project execution
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure project timelines
- Perform safety inspections and implement OSHA-compliant procedures
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance at job sites
- Document work progress and maintain detailed project records
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon electrical license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wiring, and circuit installation
- Expertise in reading electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- OSHA 10-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Portland metro
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
