Responsibilities
- Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan installations.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality control standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
- Familiarity with Boston, MA and Pennsylvania electrical codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights and tight spaces.
