Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to perform a variety of tasks at our active job sites. You will work alongside experienced professionals to help complete residential and commercial projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by digging trenches, clearing debris, and setting up temporary structures.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assistance: Provide direct support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and HVAC technicians.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and work on your feet for long periods.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screen.
