Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring and equipment.
- Perform electrical inspections and ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installation and repair processes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Apprentices accepted with significant experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical work.
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation (travel to California required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
