Responsibilities
- Install residential & commercial plumbing fixtures & systems
- Diagnose leaks, clogs & pipe failures using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance & water heater repairs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols & local building codes
- Provide exceptional customer service & clear communication
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
- Maintain clean worksites & proper tool inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs & work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Jacksonville
- No plumbing experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Basic computer skills for reporting & scheduling
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
