Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local/state electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with contractors, builders, and project managers
- Perform safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license (MA or VA) or ability to obtain immediately
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Physical stamina for climbing, lifting, and confined space work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
