Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to identify wiring requirements
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic repairs on electrical components
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Assist senior electricians with panel upgrades, circuit installations, and lighting projects
- Document work progress and maintain organized job site materials
- Participate in safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
