What You'll Do:
As an Electrician at Fresno Power & Light Solutions, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a variety of settings. You will work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations.
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
